We're a team of IT engineers and service professionals who have witnessed firsthand the complexity of tax workflows and the stress they create for both preparers and clients. Before writing a line of code, our CEO and our co-founder both completed tax preparation coursework themselves, so VYAX would be built around how a return actually gets prepared — not a guess at it from the outside. Missed documents, endless email chains, last-minute scrambles, and manual data entry: we saw how these challenges drained time and energy from what matters most — providing expert tax guidance.
That's why we built VYAX: to replace confusion with clarity, manual work with intelligent automation, and scattered communication with a unified platform. Our goal is to give tax professionals back their time and give clients a seamless, stress-free experience.
